At Beaiga, we maintain strict quality standards. However, if an issue occurs from our end, we are here to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The wrong size was sent
  • The product has a defect on our side
2. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange under eligible conditions.

To initiate an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • The customer must send the product back to our address

Return shipping charges to our address must be covered by the customer.

3. Sale Items

Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

4. Refunds

Refunds are only processed if the item is unavailable for exchange after inspection.

The refund method will be communicated directly to the customer.

Beaiga reserves the right to refuse return requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
