We currently deliver orders within Pakistan through trusted courier partners. All orders are shipped using secure courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 is applied to all orders across Pakistan.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 working days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location or courier delays.

We currently accept the following payment methods:
● Cash on Delivery (COD)
● Bank Transfer
● Other payment options available at checkout

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via SMS or email from the courier service. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

At the moment, Beaiga only ships within Pakistan.

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers are encouraged to accept their parcels upon delivery. Unnecessary refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

If you receive the wrong item or incorrect size due to an error from our side, you may request an exchange. Please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:
1. Contact our customer support team.
2. Send the item back to our provided address.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.
Please note that customers are responsible for sending the item back to us.
