1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Pakistan only.

2. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 is applied to all orders.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days after confirmation.

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation. Customers may cancel their order before dispatch by contacting our support team.

5. Refusal of Parcel

Customers are strongly encouraged to accept their parcel upon delivery. Unnecessary refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in a restriction on placing future orders.
